Support Services Coordinator

Embark on a fulfilling journey as our Support Services Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the lives of our residents and their families by providing exceptional administrative support.

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be based at Kintyre Lodge in Dubbo, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekend commitments. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services that exceed our residents' expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for aged care services, including maintaining accurate client records and files.
* Tour Hosting: Welcome visitors and showcase our facilities and services.
* Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales and marketing efforts to promote our facility and its services.
* General Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as requested by management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. You must also have proven experience in office administration or a similar field and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
