Job Title: Education and Development Specialist
We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in education to lead the development, implementation, and management of educational services within Maternity and Neonatal Services.
* To collaborate with senior leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
* To maintain personal clinical competence and credibility by delivering high-quality maternity care.
* To ensure that midwifery care meets all requirements of the current Core Competency Framework, Clinical Governance, and peer review training standards.
* To plan and deliver multi-disciplinary training, including PROMPT and Saving Babies' Lives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for sharing knowledge in a Just Culture. They should also have a working knowledge of issues impacting Maternity Services, including Clinical Governance and Information Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of staff within Maternity and Neonatal Services.
