As a Coordinator, you will provide leadership across Before, After and Vacation Care settings, setting clear expectations, systems and routines that support a calm and structured environment.
You will develop strong partnerships with families and school leaders, model proactive behaviour support, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), manage rosters, ratios, enrolments and daily administrative tasks.
