Responsibilities
* Manage project equipment stocks and assist the DSD Project Manager with procurements to maintain required stock levels.
* Manage deliveries and storage of project equipment within DFAT Canberra and at off‐site storage locations.
* Prepare and manage shipments to overseas missions.
* Maintain an inventory/register to control all security equipment at overseas destinations and in storage in Australia.
* Undertake stock take and audit of domestic security equipment.
* Work under limited supervision, including planning, prioritising and organising work for self to achieve deadlines.
* Other duties as directed by the Project Manager.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in adverse or high‐stress environments.

* Working Safely at Heights
* Working in Confined Spaces
* Asbestos Awareness Certification
Security Clearance
This is a security designated position; applicants must hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 2 Security Clearance prior to commencement.
Contract Details
* Hourly rate was to be quoted in the RFQ; this includes base salary plus employment on‐costs (superannuation, payroll tax, workers' compensation, etc.).
* Contract price will be payable monthly via Recurring Tax Invoice (RCTI) within 20 days of month end, subject to timesheet approval.
* No overtime is permitted under this contract.
Additional Information
* Work from home options are very limited due to the nature of the work.
* Candidates must be Australian citizens.
