About the position
St Peter's College is currently seeking to appoint a Physics Laboratory Technician Support Officer in our Senior School to begin at the commencement of Term 2, 2026.
The Laboratory Support Officer will assist to support teaching staff in the delivery of the Curriculum, both in theory and practice, to meet students learning needs through the provision of laboratory facilities and the general management of materials and equipment used in such laboratories.
This is a 0.9 FTE permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, working 43 weeks of the year.

Desired Skills And Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
* Relevant experience working in a similar role in a school environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work cohesively and productively as part of a team and community.
* Have a South Australian Working with Children Check.
* Provide evidence of completed training in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) – Fundamentals & Masterclass, and First Aid certificates.
