Legal Secretary – Full Time
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a boutique law firm based in Perth. The practice is well-established and works across a range of matters including Family and Criminal Law.
This is a full-time, office-based role with no work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate will be supporting two Directors and a Restricted Practitioner, working closely with a small and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Reception duties
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and Court dates on behalf of senior lawyers
Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is actioned promptly
Prepare, format, and file legal documentation, both electronically and in hard copy
Assistwith the organisation of Court materials, briefs, and disclosure
About You
The ideal candidate willdemonstrate :
Experience working as a Legal Secretary
Must have a recent National Police Clearance and full working rights in Australia
