$47.74 – $52.22 per hour + NFP Salary Packaging
You'll deliver person‐centred services across aged care, disability, community, and wellbeing settings. You'll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by:
* Providing high level physiotherapy services to customers presenting with a wide range of disability and functional needs.
* Delivering individual and group services, balancing direct treatment with supervised therapy to enhance the customer experience.
* Working across services and sites within WMQ dependent upon service requirements.
* Completing accurate assessment and review of physical needs of customers, and to provide a consultancy service for a range of activities to a wide range of customers.
* Providing instruction, supervision and education to customers, support workers and other carers as required.
* Identifying opportunities to provide other cross‐disciplinary services which may be of benefit to the customer.
* Ensuring that the customer is an active participant in the development and review of treatment goals and planning.
* Ensuring that positive and professional relationships and rapport are developed and maintained with customers.
This is a Fixed‐Term position until 04/01/2027. The role is also Part‐Time and consists of 23 hours per week.

What We're Looking For
* Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively work with staff, clients, and families.
* Exceptional communication skills and a focus on patient‐centred care.
* Proof of COVID‐19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
