If you're passionate about technology, love collaborating, and enjoy solving problems in creative ways, you'll fit right in with our fun, innovative, and supportive team.What you'll doDesign and develop engaging eLearning modules and interactive training materials.Create visual assets and graphics to support both training and marketing content.Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.Contribute fresh ideas to both learning design and marketing projects.Ensure content is accurate, visually polished, and works smoothly for learners.What we're looking forExperience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise 360.Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.A natural problem-solver with great communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a quick-moving, project-based environment.Highly Desirable (but not essential)Understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles.Skills in multimedia production (audio, video, animation).
