Rehabilitation Counsellor - Provisional Psychologist / Psychologist
We're currently looking for a talented Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

What you'll be doing
Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence
Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies
Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions
Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery
Collaborating with clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders
What you bring to the role
Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
Confidence working independently in the community
Driver's licence and vehicle required
Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance
