As a Business Development Manager with Melbourne Professional Education, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic industry partnerships and custom education programs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, leverage your commercial acumen, and contribute to the institution's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include
Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with industry stakeholders, aligning commercial opportunities with university goals.
Opportunity Pipeline Management: Strong lead generation. Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful deal closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create and implement tailored custom education solutions that meet industry needs.
Revenue Growth: Drive the execution of growth strategies through commercial expertise and relationship management.

You are an experienced business development professional with a strong commercial acumen in custom and professional education, capable of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored education solutions, while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
You will also
Have extensive experience in commercial sales and custom education solutions.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in lead generation and client relationship management.
Be adept at strategic planning and business execution.
Exhibit strong time management and prioritisation skills.
