Strategic Visionary
Lead the creative vision across campaigns, ensuring ideas are both strategically grounded and creatively bold. Be hands-on in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, producers, and creative partners.
* Pitch, present, and articulate ideas with clarity and passion to clients and stakeholders.
* Translate behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative that drives impact.
* Guide projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring excellence at every stage.
* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
* A proven creative leader with 7+ year's experience in a senior creative role (Creative Director, Associate CD, or similar) within agency or in-house teams.
* Strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production.
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships.
* A natural storyteller who can inspire teams, mentor talent, and bring out the best in collaborators.
* Deep understanding of how creativity can shift behaviour, spark engagement, and deliver measurable impact.
