The HB Group is currently working with a State Government Department based in Warwick to source an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join their team. This (contractual) role provides vital support to the Project Management function and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and is confident in coordinating communications and documentation.
About the Role:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Management team
* Coordinate communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
* Assist with the preparation, review, and management of site contracts
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
* General administration duties as required
About You:
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within a busy office or project environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail with strong document management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
