Key Communications Role
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a communications coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone early in their communications career who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality content and communications that support business growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* External communications: Edit, draft and publish content and campaigns across service lines and sectors.
* Internal communications: Prepare and distribute staff communications to promote team updates and celebrate success.
* Client experience and BD support: Update and develop content that supports the client journey and business development goals.
* Project coordination: Coordinate communication activities that support client engagement and firm visibility.
* Events and sponsorships: Support content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact.
* Media relations: Assist with media engagement and repurpose media content for broader marketing use.
* Marketing reporting: Compile engagement metrics and maintain trackers.
Requirements:
* Strong foundational writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
* Experience working with content marketing campaigns.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
