Overview
Change Analyst role at Peoplebank to support the delivery of a payroll system replacement project. The Change Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager to lead change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption, stakeholder engagement, and effective training across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed Change Management plan.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and materials.
- Monitor engagement, business readiness, and adoption progress.
- Provide clear reporting and updates on change activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in technology change and training.
- Robust facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience in ERP/Payroll-related change projects.
- Relevant change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, PMP, CCMP) are desirable.
