Full-Time Bakery Position
This role involves baking a high volume of products, preparing ingredients using power equipment and ensuring the cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery department. The ideal candidate will be able to assist other departments as needed and provide excellent customer service.

* Bakery experience or relevant apprenticeship
* Trade certification (Bakers)
* Basic math skills

The duties include operating various kitchen instruments, monitoring temperature, humidity, and timers for proof boxes and ovens. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing tasks according to production sheets and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) guidelines.
