About the Role
Architect and implement a Playwright automation framework from scratch.
Design automated test coverage for user access scenarios (RBAC) within a surgical planning web app.
Validate visibility of UI elements based on user roles, permissions, and feature flags.
Collaborate with devs, QA, and business analysts to understand role configurations and access rules.
Create readable, maintainable tests with solid reporting and integration hooks.
Set up CI/CD pipelines to run tests in various environments.
Establish best practices, documentation, and code quality standards.
About You
5 + years with Python
Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch (preferably with Playwright).
Deep understanding of RBAC testing and user permission scenarios.
Experience testing SPAs or complex web apps.
Familiarity with feature flag-driven development and UI conditionals.
Excellent communication skills — you’ll be working closely with a cross-functional, remote team.
