About the Role:
The Pharmacist Senior - Medical position is a critical role in providing high-level clinical pharmacy services to patients in high-acuity and complex medical units and outpatient clinics. As a senior pharmacist, you will provide day-to-day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level clinical pharmacy services to patients in high-acuity and complex medical units and outpatient clinics.
* Provide day-to-day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners.
* Actively participate in teaching and training, service development, and improvement.
Requirements:
* A recognised leader in paediatric healthcare, education, and research.
* Experience in clinical pharmacy services in high-acuity and complex medical units and outpatient clinics.
* Ability to provide day-to-day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
