Job Description
Oaks Gold Coast Hotel and Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites are looking for an enthusiastic and service‐driven Café Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.
Both properties are launching a new café experience for hotel guests to enjoy barista coffee and grab‐and‐go treats. This role is ideal for someone with café experience who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and serving high‐quality food and beverages. You'll work alongside a barista to serve toasties, croissants, and hot and cold drinks to guests.
As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating enjoyable guest experiences by:
* Preparing and serving toasties, croissants, and drinks efficiently and professionally.
* Assisting with cafe operations: working alongside the barista to maintain a smooth and clean workflow.
* Delivering exceptional customer service: engaging warmly with guests and responding to their needs.
Shift Details (subject to change):
* Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
* 5am until 2pm and 7am until 2pm, subject to change
* Multiple casual positions available
* On occasions, you may be required to support both properties
Qualifications
