About You
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">

* A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree;
">
* Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting;
">
* Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications;
">
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
">
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals; and
">
* The ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into your day-to-day practice.
