We are is currently seeking to recruit a permanent Senior HR Generalist – to be based in our Port Melbourne office supporting Boeing Aerostructures Australia. Boeing Aerostructures Australia is the largest manufacturer of Aircraft components in Australia and part of the Boeing International Supply Chain. We work closely with our colleagues in international locations to deliver integrated Human Resources support aligned to our Enterprise service model. Our Team of HR Generalists work closely with business leaders and employees to provide advice and support, ensuring the delivery of HR solutions that meet the goals and objectives of our Boeing, both in the region and at an international level. Position Responsibilities: Supports high level organizational goals and strategies Face of function to business Supports business’ priorities and people Broad HR knowledge base with the ability to respond quickly to business Provides strategic counsel and coaching Understands and articulates to business HR practices, policies & processes Employee facing deployment of HR solutions Proactively collaborates with Center of Excellence and Shared Services Actively participates in the development of HR solutions, projects and initiatives Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): You have experience in a business facing Human Resources role, you enjoy delivering solutions and helping leaders succeed in getting the best from their teams Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and building relationships An innovative and experienced HR practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement Experience working with unions or in a complex large business Ability to work across Performance, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent and Employee Development Experience in workplace investigations and complex case management Experience in managing projects to deliver new or improved people outcomes Able to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment Strong execution skills that enable you to communicate both in person and by developing reports Previous Workday use and experience is an advantage A strong understanding on Australian Employment Law Applications close Monday 16th June 2025.
