Overview
Senior Partner Sales Manager - Pacific role at Temenos. Reports to the Regional Partner Lead with a dotted line to the APAC New Business Sales Director. The role finds and onboards new Sales Partners (Introducers, Resellers, Distributors) and drives partner channel sales across Temenos multi-product portfolio. You will manage ongoing relationships with existing sales partners, ensuring they remain engaged, empowered and educated to promote Temenos, and act as the liaison between the partner and Temenos sales & solutions groups.

Responsibilities
* Prospect companies to explore Sales Partnership opportunities (Introducers, Resellers, Distributors), define and assign targeted accounts, markets and routes to market.
* Engage with prospective partners, present Temenos value proposition, evaluate partners based on defined KPIs and communicate throughout the discovery process.
* Define mutual business cases and business plans with estimated ROI.
* Develop market-focused brand awareness strategies and go-to-market programs to generate pipeline.
* Own opportunities and support partners through the sales cycle to closure.
* Define procedures to organize the partner’s team, set up cadence calls, review pipeline, and provide technical and sales trainings.
* Assist partners with forecasting, sales planning, and managing RFP and Pre-Sales processes.
* Coordinate involvement of internal teams (pricing, product, professional services, support, legal) for partner-led opportunities.
* Organize sales enablement sessions for partners and act as Temenos channel interface to drive sales execution and regional expansion.
* Perform other duties as required and identify local Sales partners, rollout partner strategy, train and evangelize partners, manage relationships, and monitor local pipeline.
* Deliver regular management reporting and define local annual business plans.
Qualifications & Skills
* Sales skills: deep knowledge of the financial services industry, trends, challenges, and innovations; proven success selling complex technology solutions to FS; comfortable working in a globally matrixed organization; willing to travel.
* Channel Partner management: manage partner lifecycles, structure go-to-market with partner potential and market opportunities, avoid channel conflicts, and drive long-term revenue growth.
* Technical skills: strong knowledge of banking applications and operations, core banking and related solutions (retail, corporate, payments).
* Experience: prior sales experience in the Pacific region with established market partners and alliances (e.g., Deloitte, EY, TechMahindra, CapGemini, Accenture, etc.).
