The Role
Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard-working team's day in order. This position will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily. As the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
* Providing general office and sales administration support
* Administration functions to support the listing and sales activities
* Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material
* Database management and data entry integrity as well as contact & calendar management
* Preparation of pre-listing kits and auction packs
* Conducting vendor reports & market research
* Upholding professional standards
* Providing professional communication to clients to ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
The Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of residential Real Estate experience
* Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver's Licence
* Proficiency in the Real Estate CRM's
* Strong administration skills
* Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
