**Position Information**:
Bankstown North Public School is a fast-growing P2 school, in Southwest Sydney. The school has undergone significant major capital works that the community has enjoyed since the beginning of 2023. The school has a current enrolment of 381 students, with 96% from Language Backgrounds Other Than English. The school serves a diverse and complex school community, including a special education unit comprised of four classes for students diagnosed with Autism and Moderate Intellectual Disability.

6. Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal education policy and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
