Your New Role
This is an opportunity for you to deepen your expertise in employment law within a high-performing and genuinely supportive team. This role will see you will work closely with experienced and well-regarded Partners, gaining direct exposure to complex employment advisory and contentious matters for sophisticated clients.
You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset - not confined to narrow tasks or siloed to one supervisor. Instead, you will collaborate across matters and offices, broadening your experience and accelerating your development as a well-rounded employment lawyer.

Your Skills Profile
* 2–3 years' post-admission experience in employment law
* Strong training within a reputable private practice environment
* Experience across employment advisory and/or contentious matters
* Commercially minded, professional and collaborative approach
* A genuine interest in employment law and long-term career development in this space
