Our Client, a multinational energy company, based in Perth, are currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers.
Key skill requirements
1. Previous experience in call centre environments
2. 1+ years experience
3. Superb customer services & communication skills
4. Good IT skills (especially Excel)
5. Personable and engaging
6. "Treating Customers Fairly"
7. Work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion
** Contact Centre experience is advantageous, candidates will be working in a fast paced environment handling 40-50 calls a day**
This is a full time hybrid contract role for initial 3 months with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed) and you will be required to attend to the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Role is £14.02 per hour.
