With a focus on a hands-on approach and providing results for their clients, they also have a long standing, and loyal team. Based in Perth's south, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team and drive innovation. You will be responsible for an extremely well managed portfolio who has had great PM stability in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities
* Owner and contractor liaison
* Rental arrears process
* All property maintenance
* Final bond inspections
Qualifications
* WA Property Management Registration
* Valid driver\'s licence
* Alternatively, candidates from an assistant or junior role with relevant industry experience will be considered
To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration and a valid drivers license. Alternatively, our client is also open to considering candidates coming from an assistant or junior role, although you must have relevant industry experience.
