We’re looking for a SAP Data Migration Specialist to join a major SAP S/4HANA migration program. This isn’t a BAU migration — you’ll be shaping the full ETL process, working from source to target, and helping deliver a successful cutover.
You’ll be working across:
o Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA data migrations
o Extracting and transforming data from legacy ERP platforms
o Designing and implementing clean, repeatable ETL processes
o Collaborating with technical and functional SAP teams
o Building high-quality SQL scripts and models to prep and load data

Mandate:
Support our customer’s S/4HANA migration by delivering clean, validated data loads into SAP. You'll clarify data specs, run test cycles, troubleshoot issues, and bring confidence to go-live planning.
Requirements:
o Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration
o Background in legacy ERP systems
o Strong SQL – you're not afraid to write complex queries from scratch
o Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration methodology
o Bonus: Experience with DBT (data build tool)
o Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Tech Environment:
o SAP S/4HANA
o SQL
o ETL (open to tooling)
o DBT (preferred but not essential)
About YOU:
You’re a hands-on migration expert who thrives under pressure and loves solving complex data challenges. You’ve done at least one SAP migration end-to-end, and you're comfortable dealing with legacy, staging layers, and tight cutover windows.
