Payroll Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team in delivering high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record of leading high-performing teams
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in coaching, developing, and managing payroll teams
Responsibilities include:
* Coaching and developing payroll staff to ensure they meet required timeframes
* Leading and managing payroll-related projects
* Implementing system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week working from home and an attractive salary package including salary sacrifice and bonus opportunities.
You will work closely with senior leadership positions, stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT, as well as external audit organizations. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, experience in leading and coaching teams, and the ability to interpret and work across multiple regulations.
