Service Department
You will be part of a rotating on-call roster, providing service and maintenance to major supermarket clients including:
* Woolworths
* Coles
* Liquorland
* BWS
* Dan Murphy's
* Selected independent stores
Service Technician Requirements
* Previous experience in supermarkets, rack systems, and CO₂ (preferred but training available).
* Strong diagnostic and repair capability across commercial refrigeration equipment.
* Sound understanding of refrigeration principles and fault-finding.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Current ARC licence and relevant trade qualifications.

Installation & Contracts Department
* We are seeking qualified installation technicians for the following roles
* Job runner/Site Supervisor
* Leading hand technicians
* A/C technicians who wish to diversify and advance their knowledge and experience
Installation Technician Requirements
* Previous experience in supermarkets, rack systems, and CO₂ (preferred but training available).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Current ARC licence and relevant trade qualifications.
* A candidate who can work independently and within a team

* Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills within the commercial supermarket refrigeration sector
