About the role
Based out of their Box Hill office or opportunity to work out of their Adelaide office, this is a 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. You will be responsible for end-to-end AR processing, including billing, debt follow-up and reconciliation, as well as setting up service agreements with accurate rates and line items within the system. This is a hands‐on role that sits close to the business and requires someone comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment with shifting priorities.
About you
You bring solid end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience, ideally from a high-volume environment where accuracy and pace matter. You've worked with large ERP systems (NetSuite exposure is a bonus) and can pick up new platforms quickly without needing much hand‐holding. You've had exposure to NDIS or similar contract-based billing environments and understand how item codes and service agreements link into day‐to‐day processing. You're comfortable working through shifting priorities, have strong attention to detail, and can be relied on to keep billing and debtor processes accurate, structured, and moving.
