Panettiere Developments is looking for an engaging and motivated Sales Assistant to help with the launch of ORO Newstead, Brisbane's newest luxury residential address.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a design-focused environment, and wants to be part of a growing developer redefining apartment living in Brisbane.
About the Role
This role will be primarily based at our activation booth in Gasworks Plaza, where you will engage with passersby, answer general enquiries, and help generate interest and leads for ORO Newstead during the early launch period.
Once the display suite opens, there will be opportunities to assist the sales team at our Newstead location.
This will include greeting potential buyers, supporting visitor flow, and helping maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Hosting private appointments and walking visitors through the ORO Newstead display suite, to help them understand the project and what ORO offers.
Assisting at our Gasworks booth during its activation period, engaging with passersby and encouraging them to visit the display.
Supporting the sales process by answering general questions and directing detailed enquiries to our development team.
Assisting with appointment scheduling, follow up communication and maintaining accurate customer records.
Representing Panettiere Developments with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
About You
We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable first impressions.
You will ideally bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A polished, professional presentation style
Confidence in speaking with a wide range of customers
A proactive and personable approach
An interest in property, design or premium lifestyle brands
Previous experience in customer-facing roles (real estate, sales, events, or hospitality advantageous)
Real estate certificates are not essential for this role.
