Job Description
* Supervise daily distribution centre operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
* Operate Forklift when necessary
* Coordinate and manage a team of 3 to achieve operational goals and targets.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy within the logistics department.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies in all operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimise supply chain efficiency.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on daily operations.
* Provide training and support to team members to foster professional growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful DC Supervisor should have:
* Proven experience in leading small or large teams in a warehousing environment
* Forklift license
* Knowledge of SAP
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
