Senior Hospitality Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager
Based in beautiful Sorrento on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula
The Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club is home to Australia's largest Couta Boat fleet, and with the exciting redevelopment of our clubhouse, we're looking for a professional and motivated hospitality persons to join our growing Food & Beverage team.
This part-time or full-time Experienced Barista/Café All Rounder role at busy club on the Mornington Peninsula. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join our vibrant café team. As a Barista/Bar/Restaurant All Rounders, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee, food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality customer service across bar, restaurant and events
* Prepare and serve espresso coffee to a consistent standard
* Mix and serve beverages in line with RSA requirements
* Operate POS system accurately and process payments efficiently
* Set up and pack down service areas for daily trade and functions
* Run food and beverages promptly and check guest satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar, dining and service areas
* Replenish stock including glassware, bar items and café supplies
* Work closely with kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service
* Be available across weekends, evenings and peak summer periods
Qualifications / Attributes
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential)
* Experience may be gained from any hospitality sector including restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, or event venues
* A hands-on approach with excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver consistently high standards
* Professional presentation and a strong focus on member and guest satisfaction
* Valid Australian work authorisation required (any valid work visa accepted)
