The Role
You'll take ownership of the full leasing process across a busy residential portfolio — from first enquiry through to handing over the keys.
* Responding to rental enquiries quickly and professionally
* Scheduling and conducting inspections (yes, Saturdays are part of the game)
* Managing attendee registrations and CRM updates via VaultRE
* Creating 360 virtual tours at first opens
* Processing applications within 24 hours (speed + accuracy is key)
* Verifying tenant details (ID, employment, income & references)
* Providing clear recommendations to Property Managers
* Preparing leases using Inspection Express & PropertyTree
* Coordinating smooth move‐ins and utilities
* Keeping the PM team updated with leasing progress
* Monitoring enquiry levels and sharing market insights
* Ensuring everything is compliant with VIC legislation

About You
* Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred
* VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence (essential)
* Confident running open homes and handling people
* Highly organised with strong communication skills

* Tech‐savvy (CRM experience like VaultRE a bonus)
* Available to work Saturdays
