About your role: * Work closely with other Nurse Educators and Nurse Unit Managers to clinically and educationally support nursing staff withing the various clinical areas in all areas of the CHHHS. * Supports the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff, including Clinical Facilitators, novice/less experienced nursing staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate nursing students and AINs, working within Neonatal Services across CHHHS. * Provide effective and efficient delivery of designated Education/Research/Training events in collaboration with the nursing Director - Education/Research, Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Team Leaders to meet education/research requirements and facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care within the general and specialist portfolio areas.
