Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize performance, client outcomes, and overall quality of care.
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce restrictive practices, promoting high-quality living standards for individuals with challenging behaviours.
* Contribute to the development of the Allied Health team's business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
* Foster partnerships with internal and external providers to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain ongoing involvement with relevant networks to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, legislative changes, and professional developments.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in leading teams, managing human, financial, and physical resources effectively.
* Sound working knowledge of NDIS principles, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Quality and Safeguarding standards.
* Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social Work).
* Proven experience working with people with disabilities or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS.
* Current registration with AHPRA or equivalent professional body where applicable.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
