About the role:
You'll work closely with business clients and individuals to deliver tailored commercial and residential finance solutions. This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships and providing end-to-end lending support, from initial consultation through to settlement.
You'll also have the chance to play a pivotal role in growing the broking arm of the business, helping to develop processes, client engagement strategies, and long-term plans for expansion.
About you:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial banking or broking
