To join our team, you will need to be proficient in:
* Diary, e-mail & appointment management
* Using a computer and Microsoft Office
* Database management & client care
* Liaising with clients and solicitors
* Meeting clients and building relationships
* Confidence to do cold calling/door knocking
* Working in a team environment
Key requirements:
* Experience preferred but not essential
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is needed
* Ability to sell anything and everything
* Enthusiasm and positive attitude
* Maturity, professionalism and highly self-motivated
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Drivers licence and own vehicle
