We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated individual to manage Aspen Lifestyle Wodonga Gardens.
This is an exciting time to join Aspen Lifestyle Wodonga Gardens, during a period of growth and expansion of our new home development of Land Lease Homes. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, responsible for all home sales, developing and maintaining good relationships with residents and other stakeholders, and driving Aspen's strategic vision for the community.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the profit and loss of the Community whilst maintaining a vibrant and safe community environment for our residents, guests and staff.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Manage the onsite operations meeting KPI's
* Sales Agent for the new home development of Land Lease Homes and existing Retirement Village Homes
* Manage all resident queries
* Networking with the local community to build a strong reputation for Wodonga Gardens
* Managing employees/contractors at the property
* Helping establish budgets and working towards outperforming them
* Processing of payments/banking reconciliations
* Managing WHS, including reporting, on-site inspections and investigations as required
The applicant will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in property, retirement/residential sales or similar
* Strong leadership skills delivering commercial outcomes
* Understanding of WHS responsibilities
* Leading high performing teams
* Experience using a reservation management system is highly desired
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
Employment Basis and Remuneration
* The advertised position is a full-time position
* The remuneration package will be tailored to the successful candidate's skill set and time requirements and will comprise a competitive base salary with sales commission and LTI.
