About the Role
The Tamarind Centre is seeking experienced Mental Health Registered Nurses to join the Darwin Remote Mental Health Team (DRMHT) / Acute Mental Health Team (AMHT). This role involves providing acute mental health assessments, interventions, and case management using a recovery-focused framework. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support care planning, risk assessment, and ongoing treatment for clients experiencing mental health conditions.
Requirements
Acute mental health assessment experience (essential)
Mental health nursing experience (essential)
Ability to provide assessment, intervention, and case management
Experience developing and evaluating individual care plans
Strong stakeholder engagement skills (clients, carers, and clinical teams)
Ability to work within a recovery-oriented framework
Minimum RN4.1 or above (essential)
