Safety Leadership Role
As a Safety Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving safe operations and promoting a robust safety culture across our business.
* Develop and implement safety best practices that engage all levels of the organization.
* Lead a large portfolio, managing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system that meets Australian and International standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Coaching senior leaders to adopt and implement effective safety protocols.
* Staying informed about regulatory changes and communicating updates to stakeholders.
* Assisting in incident investigations to identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading safe operations and influencing senior leaders to implement HSEQ standards and procedures.
* Degree or Diploma in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
* Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and industry bodies.
Essential Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze safety performance metrics and trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis.
* Experience with Rapidglobal subcontractor management software.
