What You'll Do
* Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our programs
* Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms
* Create and distribute content aligned with our brand voice and values
* Generate leads through organic and paid strategies (training provided)
* Track and optimise campaign performance
* Attend weekly development sessions via Zoom
* Share stories and insights that connect with a purpose-led audience
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
* Strong writing, branding, and content creation skills
* Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
* Passion for personal development and conscious messaging
* Self-directed, goal-oriented, and aligned with value-based leadership
* Experience working independently with a strong sense of accountability
