An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the marketing team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to coordinate the development and implementation of the marketing automation and direct marketing plans and activities with ongoing analysis and optimisation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Digital & Operations, you will build quality engagements with the brand via automated, digital and direct channels as well as convert leads to meet growth objectives. As the Marketing Automation Specialist you will work with the wider Marketing & Products team and other departments to deliver, measure and optimise marketing automation from a brand, content and lead generation perspective.
**Description**:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating Marketing Automation journeys, workflows and campaigns
- Using the Marketo Engagement Platform (or similar) you will help the team to deliver on lead, pipeline and revenue metrics by developing and implementing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads and enquiries
- Developing and manage automated marketing campaigns to build engagement and generate leads across customer segments, whilst working with other marketing teams to implement these
Setting benchmarks, test, track and optimise campaigns continuously to improve results and provide reports on performance
Developing the marketing automation approach through eDM, website and social messages and work closely with digital stakeholders to deliver associated campaign related landing pages
Ensure quality data management from CRM and other data sources for automated campaigns including working with key stakeholders and adhering to data requirements
Brief in campaign requirements, develop campaign materials
Undertake performance review and analyse marketing and campaign initiatives
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful you will meet the following criteria**:
- Possess expertise in Marketo (or similar) marketing automation platform
- Demonstrated ability or understanding in CRM use and analysis for segment creation and campaign reporting
- The ability to measure campaigns through the use of reporting and analysis, including a solid understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Experience in Campaign Management from concept to reporting
- Experience with Task/Project Management - Atlassian JIRA preferred
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital will be highly regarded
