Your first project is a D&C new build.
You'll take the lead from the early stages through to handover with the support of a Contract Administrator.Project Scope Includes: Concrete slab on screw piles, structural steel frame, metal roofing, FC and ceramic tile cladding, external landscaping, elevated timber walkways on screw piles, and an asphalt car park.Your RoleThis role suits a hands-on Project Manager with strong commercial construction experience (not just refurbishments & fit outs, although the company do cover projects like that too as part of their diverse portfolio).
