Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you\'ll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You\'ll build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. About Goodstart Blue Haven
Our Blue Haven centre is a well-established, 70-place service with a supportive and collaborative team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You'll be supported by experienced educators and leadership, giving you the space to focus on what you do best — delivering meaningful, high-quality learning experiences.

You\'ll need
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
