The Role:
Best & less has an opportunity for a flexible Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Tweed Heads store. As an integral member of the Tweed Heads ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together! This role is ideal for someone starting their career or eager to step into the exciting world of retail with Best&Less!
We're a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same! Our team members, known as our Besties, are at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day will consist of:
* Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
* Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
* Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
* Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
* Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
* Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
* Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
