Ecommerce Graphic Designer
We're seeking a skilled ecommerce graphic designer to join our team. This part-time role will involve designing creative for paid ads, optimizing designs for performance, and collaborating with the performance team on testing and iterations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce or performance-focused design, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator, and knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Display, and Klaviyo design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design static and responsive creative for paid ads
* Optimize designs for CTR, performance, and visual clarity
* Collaborate with the performance team on creative testing and iterations
Email Design:
* Design email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo
* Create reusable, mobile-first templates for promotions, loyalty, and retention
* Align visuals with lifecycle goals and performance metrics
Packaging & Brand Design:
* Develop packaging and unboxing experiences that extend the brand offline
* Deliver print-ready files and packaging specs across suppliers
* Translate seasonal collections and brand tone into physical form
Website Creative:
* Design banners, landing page graphics, icons, and more
* Optimize files for SEO, load speed, and conversion
* Collaborate with the digital team to align design with CRO priorities
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or performance-focused design
* A portfolio that shows smart, clean, and data-aware creative
* Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator
* Experience with Meta Ads, Google Display, and Klaviyo design
* Bonus: Experience in packaging or branding systems
Working Arrangements:
* In-house preferred but remote work can be discussed (must be contactable 8am–4pm on set days)
* Attend quarterly all-team strategy sessions
* Report directly to our founder and collaborate with marketing leads
