Administrative Support Specialist

This is a key role within our Central Support Team, providing operational assistance to legal operatives and Practice Executives. You will be working closely with the team to action business-critical administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or finance industry. A high level of skill and accuracy with software, including Microsoft applications, DocCorp, and other document management systems, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide operational support to legal operatives, adapting to the changing needs of the role and the business.
* Offer administrative support, including generating reports, expense management, document amendments, and document management.
* Support the firm's client relationship management software, record business development activities, maintain accurate contact records, project manage, and assist with client reporting.
* Assist with client pitches, coordinate client events, and set up new clients and matters using matter planning tools.
* Assist with matter financials, supporting the monthly billing process: creating and amending billing narratives and drafting/finalising bills.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with excellent teamwork skills, a unique story to tell, and the ability to organise and prioritise work independently and deliver to tight deadlines. Key skills include:

* Drafting correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs quickly and accurately.
* High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
