- About the role
- Packforce at Wetherill Park is a Supported Employment Enterprise which offers employment opportunities to people with disability.
- Packforce, part of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Group of companies, are looking for Supported Employee Process Workers to get involved in packing, assembling and mail fulfilment. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and tasks on behalf of our customers. This position is located in Wetherill Park.

- Tailored support plans with regular assessments and opportunities to upskill and move on to open employment if that is your goal-
- The possibility to obtain higher level warehouse skills such as use of shrink wrapper, pallet wrapper or full forklift licence-
- Competency based wages paid under the Supported Employment Services Award 2020- using Skillsmaster, a government approved wage assessment tool-
- If you were to leave CPA voluntarily we will still hold your position for up to two years so that if things don't work out you can always come back- About you- Have a permanent disability-
- Are of working age-
- Have the capacity to work at least 8 hours a week-
- Need ongoing assistance in the workplace to retain employment-
- Have the ability to meet minimum productivity levels-
- Be in receipt of or eligible for NDIS funding-
- Are an Australian citizen or resident-
