* Focus on ongoing administrative support for the Surgical and Perioperative Services team.
The Role
* Provide high quality administrative support to the Clinical Director, Nursing Director and Business Manager for Surgical and Perioperative Services.
* Complete routine clerical tasks, prepare basic correspondence, maintain office records and files, perform data entry, front‐line reception, manage enquiries, assist with payroll and reporting processes, and support departmental projects.
* Work closely with clinical, business and administrative teams in a fast‐paced healthcare environment, contributing to quality, safety and service improvement initiatives.
* Undertake secretarial and organisational duties associated with the day‐to‐day management of the Surgical and Perioperative Services office.
Details of appointment
* Fixed term part‐time day worker position, working 56 hours per fortnight, from as soon as we can onboard you until 15 October 2026.
* Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
* Selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‐time, part‐time and casual vacancies for 12 months from publication date.
Salary
$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum; Employer 12% superannuation contribution on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
Salary Packaging
Access to salary package and range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment $2,650 per FBT year and other eligible benefits.
